Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship almost everywhere in India! However, due to logistic constraints, we currently do not ship to: Andaman & Nicobar, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process all orders within 1–3 working days, and delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Who delivers my order?
We work with trusted partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Returns & Replacements
We’re super strict on hygiene and product integrity. But if we mess up, we fix it—no stress, no returns needed.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Due to the personal nature of our beauty and skincare products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
What if I received the wrong product?
Oops! That’s on us. If we sent you the wrong product, we’ll either resend the correct item or issue a full refund — no returns needed.
Do I need to return the incorrect item?
Nope. In rare cases where we issue a refund, you may keep the product as a little apology gift from us.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once it’s handed over to the courier, cancellations aren’t possible.
What if I cancel a prepaid order after shipping?
If you repeatedly cancel or reject deliveries (especially prepaid ones), we may deduct shipping charges before refunding — just to cover our actual costs.
