Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Standard Delivery: We offer standard delivery for all orders within India.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Lucknow: 1-2 working days
    • Within Uttar Pradesh (UP): 2-3 working days
    • Outside UP (whole India): 3-6 working days
  • Shipping Charges:
    • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, there is a shipping charge of ₹40.
    • For prepaid orders, shipping is free.
• Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping for faster delivery.
  • Delivery Time: 1-3 working days
  • Shipping Charges: Charges for expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

• Handling of Multiple Shipments: We strive to ship all items in your order together. However, in some cases, items may be shipped separately if they are not available at the same time. You will be notified if your order will be split into multiple shipments.

• Tracking Information: As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Additionally, customers can track their orders directly on our website.

• Restricted Areas: Due to logistical constraints, shipping may be restricted or delayed to the following areas:

  • Daman and Diu
  • Lakshadweep

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Policy for Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will provide a full refund in the same payment mode it was received. For COD orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT.
